Today was a rough one not only is it hot as all get up out there but last night I went out drinking and thus I was sweating out all the good stuff. Also I went out to the desert for the hash this afternoon and it was a long walk in 100+. thus not the best day to go running again. I think today is either day 14 or 15 so I am just about on track I will need to pick up a few miles extra this week just to be sure that I will make it. I love the running and it is giving me tome to listen to lots of new music. Life for the moment is making me smile. Been a long time since it did that.

Ok america you are really starting to piss me off. The FDA is currently tooling into the caffeinated alcohol drinks to see if they are safe. Really that is what the FDA worries about. Fuck no they arent safe, but neither is a bottle of Jim Beam or any alcohol. If they say that selling caffeinated alcohol is unsafe and prohibited or that it must come with a warning label then does my rum and coke at the bar get the same treatment, or my irish coffee? or kalua for that matter. Its alcohol it is not good for you. People dont drink to get healthy they drink to forget or celebrate or because they are addicted or for many other reasons but it makes me angry that the powers that be want to ban these drinks. So what some retard drank a few cans of this crap and shot himself and another popped a bunch of pills and died how many people everyday get behind the wheel after a few glasses of wine and slaughter others on the roads. How many people get filled with the liquid courage before taking the nestea plunge from the top of a building? Just tell me what the alcohol percent is and what the ingredients are and leave it at that. That's why I pay taxes so I can know what I am ingesting not to be told what I can or cannot ingest. Makes me crazy. I need a drink, make it a double. and a espresso on the side.

favorite things. Vodka, Gin, Rum, Scotch. Whiskey, tequila, bourbon, wine, and beer. tonight there is a bar that will be hosting a 3-2-1 event. that is 3RMB shots or 2RMB shots or 1RMB shots. Now for those of you not living in china there are 6.8RMB for every dollar. That makes the most expensive shot less than 50 cents. and the cheapest shot like 12 cents. I may or may not make it home this evening. Thankfully tomorrow is sunday the prescribed day of rest. Unless you are jewish then its another day or muslim then friday I think. I might convert to all three, long weekends every week.
At any rate I have to put on some clothes and clean up a bit, no need to start out sloppy. Thats the way I plan to finish. Oh I got a little flashing light for the back of my bike, that ought to keep me safe right?
